Chicken breast fillet with nectarine salad, feta cheese and walnuts
Enjoy a light lunch that is ready in just 30 minutes ;)
Preparation process
1. First, wash the fruit. Tear the lettuce and arugula into small pieces, cut the cucumbers and nectarines into smaller pieces. Add the salad and arugula to the bowl, then the sliced nectarines and cucumbers, crumble the feta with your fingers and add to the salad.
2. Fry the walnuts a little and let them cool.
3. Wash the fillet steaks, dry with a paper towel, add salt and thyme and bake.
4. Add chopped cooled walnuts and salt, vinegar and olive oil to the bowl with the salad, nectarines, cucumber and feta. Mix everything well, serve with fillet steaks and enjoy!
