Preparation process

Blend the boneless, skinless chicken thighs or use ground chicken meat. Add all other ingredients for the patty and mix well - best done with clean hands. Shape four patties and fry them for about 4 minutes on each side in a heated tablespoon of oil. Once the patties are cooked, place the cheese slices on them and cover the pan so the cheese melts and coats the patties.

In the same pan, fry the pineapple slices for about a minute or two on each side.

Meanwhile, prepare the honey sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and stir well. Taste and adjust as needed.

Wash and dry the lettuce, and slice fresh tomatoes. Mash the avocado, season with salt, and add a few drops of lime juice, then mix.

Now, assemble the burger. Spread the avocado on the bottom bun, add lettuce, patty with cheese, fried pineapple, and fresh tomato. Spread honey sauce on the inside of the top bun and place it on top of the tomato. Serve the burger immediately and enjoy!
