Chicken, Fig and Cherry Tomato Salad
Preparation process
Mix the olive oil, stripped rosemary leaves, salt and chicken, and marinate overnight.
Sauté the fillets in an oiled pan or on a griddle. In the meantime, put the washed lettuce, sliced tomatoes and figs into a large bowl. Add salt and dress with olive oil and lemon juice. Cut the sautéed fillets into slices and add them to the salad.
