We all love fried chicken, but we don't want to fry it, right? Although fresh from the oven, this chicken in chips is crispy on the outside and the meat is very tender.

We all love fried chicken, but we don't want to fry it, right? Although fresh from the oven, this chicken in chips is crispy on the outside and the meat is very tender.
Preparation process
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and sprinkle with salt.
2. Heat the oven to 200°C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place the grid on it.
3. In the bowl of a food processor, chop the chips into coarse crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a large, shallow bowl.
4. Mix flour and pepper in another bowl. Beat the eggs in the third bowl.
5. Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs. Transfer the coated chicken pieces to the prepared baking sheet on an oiled wire rack. Spray the chicken with oil.
6. Bake the chicken until the crust is golden brown and the meat is cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat.
7. Serve immediately with baked or boiled corn, potatoes and salads.
