Chicken Steaks with Garlic and Mustard
Preparation process
Cut the chicken fillet into steaks, season them with salt and pepper and coat with mustard. Drizzle the steaks with oil and let them rest for a few hours in the fridge.
Fry the steaks in oil in a pan. Drizzle them with a little water, add the chopped garlic and simmer until the steaks become soft. Serve them with gnocchi (recipe on page 75) or pasta.
