Preparation process
-
First, chop a large onion and slice a packet of Natur Premium chicken fillet, two carrots, a head of broccoli and crush two cloves of garlic.
-
Then put the pan with the added olive oil on the fire and wait until the oil is well heated.
-
Fry the chopped onion for a few minutes and then add the sliced carrots, broccoli, two to three handfuls of frozen peas and the Natur Premium chicken fillet seasoned with salt and pepper.
-
Fry everything for a few minutes and then add the grated garlic.
-
As soon as the garlic is fragrant, add a larger quantity of water in which you have dissolved the vegetable stock cube.
-
Season the chicken stew with pepper, parsley and bay leaves and cook over a moderate heat for just under an hour.
-
When the time is up, you will add the spelt mixture directly to the stew and cook for another 10 minutes.
-
You will need 5 tablespoons of spelt flour, 1 to 2 eggs and one tablespoon of oil.
-
Mix the ingredients well to make a homogeneous mixture.

Using a tablespoon, measure out the quantity for one spoonful and shape it.
