Devilled Eggs without Mayonnaise
Preparation process
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks into a food processor. Place the egg whites on a plate.
Add the chicken pâté, cream cheese and ground paprika into a food processor. Optionally, you can also add a bit of pepper. Mix everything to get a smooth cream, transfer it to a piping bag and fill the hollow in the egg white with the cream. If you wish, you can sprinkle a bit of paprika on top or decorate them with herbs, then serve.
