Easy Chicken Stew

Preparation process

Clean and slice all the vegetables. Cut the meat into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Fry the chopped onions and garlic in olive oil, add the ground paprika and 100 ml of warm water. Then add the sliced chicken and vegetables and fry for a few minutes.

Drizzle with the stock, add the herbs and water, if necessary, to keep the vegetables completely covered. Cook the stew for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 

With or without spoon dumplings
