Salty, practical and irresistibly delicious! A great idea for a healthy and rich breakfast.

Preparation process

1. First prepare the fillets: wash the fillets, dry them with a paper towel and put them in a deep baking dish. Fillets with a little olive oil and salt. Cover the pan and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C.

2. While the fillets are baking, make the pesto and prepare the carrots.

3. Wash, peel and grate the carrot. Fry the pumpkin seeds a little in a pan, and wash the matovilac and pour off the excess water.

4. Add avocado, basil, garlic, marjoram, lemon, kefir and roasted pumpkin seeds to a blender and grind into a creamy mixture. Taste and add a little salt if necessary.

5. Tear the baked fillets into small noodles with two forks.

6. Fry the slices of bread in a pan on each side with a little butter until they become golden yellow.

7. Arrange the pesto, fillets and grated carrot between the slices of the circle.
