Slim & Fit pizza with burrata, pistachios and chicken mortadella
This delicious pizza recipe with Slim & Fit chicken mortadella, burrata and pistachios is for all you pizza lovers who have been convinced that pizza has no place in a healthy and balanced diet.
Preparation process
You can buy ready-made pizza dough or make it yourself.
-
Mix 200 g white and 200 g wholemeal wheat flour in a bowl and form a well in the middle. Into this you will pour the yeast which you have prepared beforehand by dissolving 12 g of brewer's yeast in 2 dl of lukewarm water and leaving it to stand for a few minutes.
-
Knead the contents with your hands, gradually adding 2 dl of water until you have a firm dough that does not stick to the surface of the bowl.
-
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen cloth and leave the dough to rise for at least one hour, or until it has doubled in volume. In case you don't use all the dough, store the rest in the freezer and use it the next time pizzas are on the menu.
-
Grease a baking tray with olive oil and spread the risen dough evenly over it. Stuff the dough with sliced light mozzarella and a little olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake for about 15-20 minutes, taking care not to over-bake the mozzarella.
-
When the pizza is baked, top it with basil pesto, but do not overcook it, as pesto is an energy-rich food.
-
Add the Slim & Fit chicken mortadella, the burrata in the middle and finally sprinkle the crumbled pistachios over the pizza. Serve sliced on a plate.
