Tender and juicy pieces of turkey shoulder.
Season the medallions and fry them in hot oil. Cut the vegetables into noodles, fry them, pour in the wine, when it evaporates, stir in the sour cream and cook for a few more minutes. Then add the rest of the spices. if the sauce is too thin, add sauce. Decorate with boiled vegetables and chopped parsley.
